Job Description

FabMinds is looking for a motivated intern to support our customer service and social media teams. This role involves engaging with customers on social platforms, assisting with order confirmations and cancellations via phone, and helping maintain our CRM system. It’s a great opportunity to develop communication and organizational skills in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and respond to customer messages and comments on social media professionally.
Assist with handling phone calls to confirm orders and address basic customer inquiries.
Update customer information and interactions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the team to escalate complex issues and improve customer experience.
Help report customer feedback to support product and service improvements.

Preferred Qualifications

Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in any field.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram…).
Basic experience with phone communication and CRM tools is a plus.
Ability to multitask and stay organized.
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
