About the Role:

Fab-Minds is seeking a motivated Product Design & 3D Modeling Intern to assist in developing and maintaining our 3D modeling libraries as part of our product offerings. This internship offers hands-on experience working with 3D design software and collaborating with cross-functional teams to create innovative product models.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating, updating, and refining 3D models using software like Blender, Fusion 360, or Rhino.

• Support research and development of new product concepts through sketches, digital renderings, and storyboards.

• Collaborate with team members to prototype and improve 3D models based on feedback.

• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas for product design.

• Learn about 3D printing technologies and contribute to preparing models for print.

• Help communicate design ideas effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a BSc in Product Design, Industrial Design, Architecture, or related field.

• Basic proficiency with 3D modeling software (Blender or Fusion 360).

• Strong interest in product design and additive manufacturing.

• Creative mindset with a willingness to learn and take initiative.

• Good communication skills in English.

• Portfolio or examples of design work is a plus.
