Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Intern to join our dynamic sales force. This role is ideal for someone passionate about consultative selling, relationship-building, and innovative manufacturing solutions. You’ll work closely with our sales and engineering teams to identify prospects, pitch tailored for innovative 3D printed products, and contribute to revenue growth.

Success in this role comes from your ability to understand client needs, articulate the value of our products, and navigate the B2B sales cycle—from prospecting to closing. You’ll learn how to sell a technical product, negotiate contracts, and collaborate across teams to deliver customized solutions. A proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and curiosity will set you apart.

Roles and Responsibilities

Prospecting & Lead Generation

  • Research and identify potential B2B clients.

  • Use LinkedIn, cold emails, and industry databases to build a pipeline of qualified leads.

  • Schedule introductory calls and meetings for potential clients.

Sales Support & Outreach

  • Assist in crafting tailored sales pitches, presentations, and proposals for clients.

  • Maintain CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to track leads, interactions, and deal stages.

Product & Market Expertise

  • Develop a deep understanding of our 3D-printing capabilities (materials, finishes, applications) to confidently address client questions.

    Stay updated on industry trends to identify new sales opportunities.

Deal Execution & Client Relations

  • Draft quotes, contracts, and follow-up communications to move deals forward.

  • Gather client feedback to refine sales strategies and product offerings.

Requirements

Skills & Experience

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field.

  • Prior internship or coursework in sales, marketing, or B2B client-facing roles is a plus.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is preferred.

  • Basic understanding of 3D printing, manufacturing, or B2B sales cycles is a plus.
