Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and creative UI/UX Design Intern to join our dynamic team. This paid internship offers a generous stipend and an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces while understanding the fundamentals of user experience design.

Key Responsibilities

User Interface Design: Create engaging and responsive UI designs for web and mobile applications using industry-standard tools like Figma.
Graphic Elements & Animation: Design and animate graphic elements to enhance user interaction and engagement.
User Experience Understanding: Apply foundational UX principles to ensure designs meet user needs and expectations, contributing to user research and analysis as needed.
Prototyping: Develop interactive prototypes to visualize and test design concepts using tools like Figma's prototyping features.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., developers, product managers) to implement designs effectively and ensure design consistency.
Feedback Integration: Actively participate in design reviews and incorporate constructive feedback to iterate and refine designs.
Trend Awareness: Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies to inform design decisions.

Preferred Qualifications

Design Tool Proficiency: Demonstrated experience with UI/UX design tools, specifically Figma.
Graphic Design Skills: Experience in creating animated UI elements. Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator is a significant plus.
Prototyping Experience: Experience in building interactive prototypes.
Foundational UX Understanding: Basic understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing your design projects (personal or academic) is highly encouraged.
