Job Description

FabMinds is looking for a strategic and creative Senior Digital Marketer that will go beyond customer engagement and retention, enhance our online presence, drive engagement, and deliver long-term growth.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive traffic, engagement, and sales on our e-commerce platform.
• Oversee and optimize SEO efforts, ensuring high organic rankings for targeted keywords.
• Lead content marketing initiatives, including blog creation, video marketing, and other multimedia strategies to enhance brand visibility and authority.
• Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.), designing campaigns to boost engagement and drive sales.
• Develop and execute email & messages marketing campaigns, focusing on user retention and upselling opportunities.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to ensure website and landing pages are optimized for conversions.
• Analyse marketing performance data to identify trends and opportunities, providing actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
• Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to keep the company ahead of competitors.
• Coordinate and manage partnerships with influencers, affiliates, and content creators to amplify reach.

Requirements

• Proven experience (5+ years) as a digital marketer, preferably in a fast-paced e-commerce or tech environment.
• Strong expertise in SEO, content marketing, and social media strategies.
• Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for storytelling and audience engagement.
• Data-driven with strong analytical skills to measure performance and ROI.
• Creative mindset with the ability to design and execute innovative campaigns.
• Experience in B2B and B2C marketing is highly preferred.
