Digital Marketing Manager

Cairo, Egypt - (Hybrid)

Job Description

FabMinds is seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Digital Marketing Manager with a proven track record of successfully launching brands or products and delivering data-backed marketing success stories. This role requires both strategic leadership and hands-on execution across online and offline channels.

You will be responsible for designing, leading, and executing integrated marketing campaigns with a strong focus on performance, creativity, and ROI. You must be experienced in media buying strategy, social media growth, SEO/SEM, influencer marketing, and offline activations, while also being an exceptional team leader and performance driver.

Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Strategy & Planning
    • Develop and lead end-to-end marketing strategies to launch new products/brands, from market research to go-to-market execution.
    • Create annual, quarterly, and campaign-specific marketing plans with clear KPIs and ROI goals.
    • Oversee and optimize marketing funnel performance—awareness, engagement, conversion, and retention.

  2. Performance & Digital Campaigns
    • Define and manage media buying strategies across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, etc., ensuring CPA, ROAS, CPM, and CTR benchmarks are consistently met or exceeded.
    • Own the SEO and SEM roadmap—from keyword planning to performance optimization and reporting.
    • Drive growth in organic channels, including content marketing, email/SMS funnels, and YouTube SEO.

  3. Social Media & Influencer Marketing
    • Build and manage an organic and paid social media presence that aligns with brand voice and goals.
    • Plan and manage influencer campaigns, including recruitment, negotiation, content guidelines, tracking, and reporting.
    • Monitor trends, generate creative ideas, and work closely with the content team to maximize brand visibility and engagement.

  4. Offline & BTL Marketing
    • Lead the ideation and execution of offline campaigns including activations, trade shows, printed materials, PR stunts, and outdoor media.
    • Coordinate with offline partners and agencies for media buying and placement.

  5. Team Leadership & Collaboration
    • Lead and mentor the digital marketing team (performance marketers, content creators, designers, community managers).
    • Collaborate closely with the product, design, and sales teams to ensure alignment and messaging consistency.
    • Build and manage dashboards, hold weekly sprints, and report campaign performance to leadership.

    Requirements

    • 5+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably with at least one successful brand/product launch from zero to traction.
    • Demonstrated results in driving growth with clear examples: CAC, ROAS, traffic, lead gen, sales uplift, etc.

Strong knowledge of:
• Media buying platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads)
• Analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, Looker Studio)
• SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog)
• Social media platforms and community management
• Offline and BTL strategy integration
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Background in D2C or tech/startup environment is a strong plus.
