FabMinds is looking for a strategic and data driven Senior Performance & Growth Marketer with a strong ability to provide a 360 degrees approach to scale conversions, create and execute high-impact campaigns that maximize ROI and fuel our e commerce and platform growth.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement performance marketing strategies across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other programmatic ad platforms.
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns, focusing on KPIs like ROAS, CPA, and customer lifetime value (CLV).
• Conduct in-depth audience targeting and segmentation to drive personalized ad experiences for B2C and B2B customers.
• Run continuous A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting to improve conversion rates.
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to create compelling, high-performing ads and landing pages.
• Oversee affiliate marketing and retargeting campaigns to re-engage past visitors and maximize revenue potential.
• Analyse campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and Tableau, providing actionable insights to improve results.
• Lead the development of marketing automation strategies to streamline campaign execution and optimization.
• Stay ahead of performance marketing trends and emerging platforms to identify new growth opportunities.

  Requirements

• 5+ years of proven experience in performance marketing, ideally in e-commerce or tech.
• Expert knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and programmatic advertising platforms.
• Proficient in marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel) and data visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive decision-making.
• Experience in B2B and B2C performance campaigns is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of attribution models, customer acquisition strategies, and funnel optimization.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with shifting priorities.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
