What You’ll Do

• Design and execute full-funnel paid media strategies across Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, and other paid channels.
• Optimize campaigns around key metrics: ROAS, CPA, CAC, and CLV, aiming for continuous improvement.
• Lead audience segmentation and targeting efforts, crafting personalized user journeys for both B2C and B2B segments.
• Run and analyze multivariate A/B tests across creatives, ad copy, landing pages, and funnel steps.
• Work closely with content, design, and product teams to develop high-converting ad assets and landing pages.
• Manage retargeting, lookalike audiences, and affiliate strategies to drive user retention and re-engagement.
• Monitor performance dashboards using GA4, Meta Business Suite, and Tableau; provide weekly insights and growth recommendations.
• Stay on the pulse of trends, algorithms, and emerging tools, and capitalize on untapped growth channels.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of performance marketing experience, ideally with $50K+/month budget ownership in e-commerce or tech.
• Mastery of Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram), and TikTok/LinkedIn Ads.
• Deep understanding of attribution modeling, conversion tracking, and funnel optimization.
• Highly analytical mindset; skilled in Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Tableau or Power BI.
• Proven results in scaling campaigns across both B2C and B2B verticals.
• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and managing projects end to end.
• Proactive, results-oriented, and thrives under pressure.
