B2B Sales Director — Corporate Gifting & Partnerships

We are looking for the person who takes this into every major corporate account in Egypt — and builds the B2B revenue engine from the ground up.

The Role

Business Development & Partnerships

  • Identify, approach, and close partnerships with corporates, banks, marketing agencies, distributors, and retailers.
  • Negotiate and structure agreements that create recurring revenue — not one-off transactions.
  • Build long-term relationships at the level where gifting and branding budgets live: procurement directors, CMOs, HR leaders.

Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Own the full B2B sales cycle from first call to signed contract.
  • Hit and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Develop tailored proposals that translate FabMinds’ capabilities into solutions for each client’s specific gifting challenge.

Account Management & Expansion

  • Serve as the primary relationship owner for all B2B clients — from onboarding through ongoing account growth.
  • Drive upselling, cross-selling, and repeat volume with a focus on making every client a long-term partner.
  • Ensure every experience is smooth enough that referrals become part of the growth engine.

Market & Strategy

  • Build the B2B playbook from scratch — this is a founding commercial hire.
  • Map and prioritise B2B segments by deal size, cycle speed, and strategic value.
  • Feed market intelligence back to product, marketing, and operations teams.
  • Represent FabMinds at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 7+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven record of consistently closing large-value deals — results matter more than CVs.
  • Strong existing network with corporate procurement teams, brand managers, or agencies you can activate from day one.
  • Experience in e-commerce, consumer products, gifting, or tech-driven startups preferred.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to structure commercial agreements.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic — comfortable pitching to a CFO and building rapport with a buyer in the same day.
  • Comfortable building structure where there isn’t any — startup experience is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with KSA or UAE markets is a significant advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. MBA is a plus, but never a substitute for results.

KPIs & Success Metrics

  • Monthly and quarterly B2B revenue — the primary measure of success.
  • Number of new partnerships signed and generating recurring revenue.
  • Retention and growth rate within existing accounts.
  • Average deal size, trending upward over time as larger accounts are won.
  • Sales cycle efficiency — time from first meeting to signed contract.
