The Mission: Beyond the Stack

We're seeking versatile, results-driven Software Engineers (Level I or II) to join our tech squad. This is a crucial, genuinely full-stack role where you will be encouraged to explore and master every layer of our application ecosystem—from user interfaces to database schemes, all deployed on cloud.

Your role is to embody our work ethic: be responsible for the features you build, ensure they meet a high quality bar, and collaborate on innovative solutions that scale our platform to millions of users and thousands of machines.

Core Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy features across our entire stack (Front-end, Back-end, and Database).
• Participate in system design and architectural decisions beyond just coding, helping define how we scale.
• Supporting with deployment schemes and infrastructure management within our GCP environment.
• Uphold our high standards through rigorous code reviews, documentation, and a commitment to comprehensive testing.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• Experience: Between 0 and 3 years of professional software development experience.

Essential Requirements

• Full-Stack Development: Demonstrated ability and enthusiasm for working comfortably across both Front-End (FE) and Back-End (BE) development.
• Database Fluency: Proficiency in relational databases, specifically SQL and PostgreSQL.
• Core Languages: Professional experience with at least one major language such as Python, PHP and JavaScript.
• Modern Framework Experience: Professional experience developing robust applications using at least one modern back-end framework (e.g., Laravel, Flask, Express) and one modern front-end library/framework (e.g., React, Vue.js).
• APIs: Necessary experience designing, implementing, and consuming REST APIs.
• Version Control: Strong command of Git and standard collaborative development workflows.

Major Pluses

• Experience with modern web frameworks (e.g., Laravel, Flask, Express, Next.js).
• Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker/ Compose).
• Knowledge of GraphQL API.
• Experience with Odoo development or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
• Experience designing and optimizing complex database schemas, including familiarity with caching strategies (e.g., Redis)
• Familiarity with asynchronous processing, background job management, or message queue technologies (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka, or GCP Pub/Sub).
