FabMinds is looking for a Commercial Lead that will go beyond customer acquisition; you must provide a 360 approach to scale conversions, and drive customer engagement and retention. You will fill in opportunity gaps across all funnels and optimize strategies to achieve business goals.
FabMinds is a Deep Tech Company that is using AI & 3D Printing to bring the virtual & physical world together to unleash kids’ creativity and help them shape their future and be innovative. Using our Mobile App & 3D Printer, kids & youth will be able to use their imagination to design, build, and 3D print anything, whether it’s a jewelry set, a RC car or digger, the mayor house or even the complete city with its lighting and everything. You can think of it as an unlimited Lego or Meccano set while having the power to design or personalize or even just download it from the marketplace and print it in your house or at a friend's house!
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
- Build and manage a sales team to ensure that sales targets are met or exceeded.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to foster long-term business relationships.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
- Conduct market research to stay up to date on industry trends and the competitive landscape.
- Develop and implement sales training programs to ensure the sales team is equipped with the knowledge and skills required to meet sales targets.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, and Operations, to ensure sales efforts align with overall company objectives.
- Provide regular updates on sales performance, market trends, and competitive activity to senior management.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Proven experience in building and managing successful sales teams.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and implement sales strategies that align with company goals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Ability to multi-task and follow-up with tight project schedules.
- Excellent written & spoken communication skills in English.
