Job Description:

Fab-Minds is looking for a Senior Motion Graphics Designer and Video Editor for an exciting role.
The job will include the development of creative animated graphics and videos that engage users and consumers and would be available on our social media, website, and physical advertising platforms for Fab-Minds' Products Bundle.

To be successful in this role, you must be able to engage in the initial stages of the definition and development of different products branches.
You must also be able to interact and manage communication with different technical and non-technical stakeholders. You will also interact with other functions inside the company both in-site and overseas to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet our needs.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Use video, animation and interactive tools and artistic skills to create, maintain, and update online and offline media assets.
• Animate 3D arts such as objects, characters, and products.
• Create animated graphics and videos for the company's several projects on social media and for physical events and Tech fairs.
• Create different visual identities and engaging designs for our brand.
• Create themes for different occasions for the videos to be posted regularly on the company’s website & social media pages.
• Conduct shootings for the products and shooting events.
• Content creation and storytelling.
• Design fliers and banners for online and physical events. The latter includes the company’s booth design as well.
• Create realistic virtual characters from verbal descriptions or reference images.
• Research upcoming projects to help find new ways to create designs or animations. This sometimes includes developing storyboards to map out how scenes will look.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, to conceive new model concepts through brainstorming, solo thinking, and rough design prototyping.
• Contribute to product invention efforts.
• Contribute to application concept development, branding, packaging design, marketing, consumer analysis, and presentation.
• Troubleshoot problems and challenges in the designated field.
• Keep up with the latest developments in animation, design/editing tools, and technologies.

Education:

• BSc/MSc in Applied Arts and Media, Digital Marketing, or relevant field.
• Deep knowledge in graphics design, video editing and animation.
• Knowledge of character design is a nice plus.
• A good portfolio and technical skills are also necessary.

Job Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience with graphics design, video editing and animation and related applications such as Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, DaVinci Resolve or similar software.
• A strong design background.
• Ability to take feedback and make changes as required.
• Updated portfolio of previous work.
• Previous experience with 3D printers and knowledge of 3D printing technologies is a plus.
